Layers of chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese buried under a pile of herbed stuffing.
In a small bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with milk and half-and-half. Pour small amount of chicken soup mix to coat bottom of slow cooker.
Place chicken breasts on top of mixture. Layer each chicken breast with ham and Swiss cheese. Pour remaining sauce over layers. Sprinkle stuffing over chicken. Drizzle stuffing with melted butter.
Set slow cooker to low for 6 hours.
