This is easy to put together and adapts well to how much you want to make.
Wash chicken breasts. Dredge in flour, then brown in oil on both sides. Place in slow cooker.
Add potatoes, carrots and green onion. In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and milk thoroughly. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Sometimes I add cubed squash or a can of green beans as well.
