Slow Cooker Brisket is a barbecue recipe you didn’t know you needed, but now you’ll have to have it! This is a super simple recipe to feed a crowd or for leftovers for the family.
Lightly spray slow cooker with Pam or another cooking spray.
Pat the brisket down with paper towels and then sprinkle all sides with the salt and pepper. Make sure to massage the salt and pepper into the meat.
Place the brisket in the slow cooker and top with liquid smoke. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 8–10 hours. Once the brisket is fork-tender, shred it with two forks and then serve!
