So easy and delicious; this recipe can be a yummy quick fix for a busy day.
If you decide to use dry black beans, soak them overnight or for about 5-6 hours before using them.
Place all of the soup ingredients into a crock pot (set to low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours).
If most of the water has been reduced by the end of the cook time, you can add another cup or two and simmer for another 30 minutes.
Serve with garnishes and enjoy!
