Recipes are endless once you make this large roast … Cuban sandwiches, tacos, BBQ pork, or just served with yellow rice and black beans. The flavor is wonderful!
Crush garlic cloves. Add salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil and vinegar and mix together. Rub pork with this marinating mixture and place into a Ziploc bag and seal. Refrigerate overnight. Cook in a crock pot on low for 8 hours until cooked through and meat shreds easily with a fork.
