Full-flavored pulled pork that couldn’t be any easier and is a great crowd pleaser.
I don’t have a very large crock pot, so I always slice the pork tenderloin into 4-5 thick pieces just so it will fit better.
Put sliced pork tenderloin into crock pot.
Pour in 1 bottle of Leinenkugel’s Classic Amber.
Use empty beer bottle to crack peeled garlic cloves open and toss them in.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Remove pork and place onto a cutting board.
Discard garlic.
Discard almost all of the beer, I leave about 1 1/2 inches in my 1/4 Quart crock pot.
Shred pork and throw it back into the crock pot and pour in almost a whole bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce.
I let it heat through before I serve it.
Enjoy!!

This is the best pulled pork I have ever had. It was easy and tasted delicious. It was good heated up again the next day.

This is cooking in my kitchen right now, and it needs to hurry up! I’ve been sneaking bits out of the Crockpot and pouring BBQ sauce on it while standing over the sink.
Don’t judge.

My husband and I had this last night. We both loved it!! I couldn’t find the Classic Amber so I used Octoberfest. The only thing we would do different it opt for the spicier version of Baby Ray’s.
Thank you for the wonderfully easy and delicious recipe!!

Didn’t love this – I found it had an unpleasant, very sharp flavor. I couldn’t find Leinie Amber, substituted Fat Tire – that could be the reason.

This was great! I made it with a bottle of yuengling (an amber lager), and loved the results. I wasn’t going to serve it right away, so after the 4 hours in crockpot, I pulled out the pork, and shredded it. Then, I stored it in some tupperware and spooned a bunch of the leftover beer on top, so that it’d keep moist. Then, I just added the bbq sauce & reheated later on to serve, and we loved it!
