Light chicken and pasta dish.
Heat EVOO in large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion, garlic, chili flakes, basil and salt; saute until onion is soft. Add tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach. Cook until mushrooms are soft but not mushy. Add chicken and heat through.
While mixture is heating, cook pasta to al dente.
Serve chicken mixture over pasta with Parmesan cheese.
