Delicious and easy baked meat-filled ravioli. Great for any weeknight supper!
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a 12″ oven-safe skillet add melted butter and tilt skillet to coat the bottom. Then add thawed ravioli, marinara/tomato sauce (no need to heat first) and light cream. Stir gently. Add mozzarella cheese to the top. Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven.
Baked covered for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and cook for another 5 minutes to crisp up the cheese. Garnish with fresh chopped basil.
Serve with a fresh crisp mixed green salad and crusty bread. Enjoy!
