A lightly baked, flavorful penne pasta made with Simply Balanced Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Lightly spray a 13-by-9-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
Cook pasta according to manufacturer’s directions, but cook until the pasta is al dente, meaning it’s still a little chewy (for most pasta, about 7 minutes). Drain the pasta and pour into prepared baking dish.
Top the pasta with Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes. If the top starts to get golden in color, add aluminum foil to lightly cover. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
Let the pasta rest a few minutes before serving.
