The soup mix adds a nice flavor to the burger.
1) Mix turkey with onion soup mix, black pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2) Cook for 20 minutes, turning once for well done burgers.
* I like to bake mine at about 350F for about 20 minutes or so. Top the burgers with grilled onions.

A Reinvented Mom on 4.27.2010
I made these for dinner last night, and cooked them on the grill. Very tasty & moist. My son, who doesn’t care for homemade burgers, even liked these. I will definitely make these again. TFS!
