This is a go-to dinner with my family. They just love it. It is so simple and quick to throw together when you are short on time.
Boil chicken for about 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove chicken from water and bring water back to boil. Add spaghetti to boiling water and cook until al dente.
Reserve about one cup of cooking liquid and then drain spaghetti. Place pot back on stove and combine all ingredients, except for cooking liquid. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted. Remember to stir occasionally.
Add reserved cooking liquid until you reach the desired consistency. Some people like it thicker than others.

I made this tonight! Very very tasty! Slight variation, I had no Velveeta so I used cheddar and pepper jack cheese. Gave a really great kick. This is a great “I need to get to the grocery store soon” recipe! Thank you! I will make it again!
