Shrimp tacos in a refreshing lime marinade.
Combine the marinade ingredients (all ingredients except the shrimp) in a metal or glass bowl and stir well to combine. Place shelled and rinsed shrimp in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat a medium-sized sauce pan over medium high heat. Saute shrimp until pink, about 3 minutes and no longer or they will be tough and chewy!
Serve on corn or flour tortillas with sliced radishes, cilantro, avocado, onion, cabbage, lime wedges.
