This is an easy and healthy recipe. Perfect for summer nights.
1. Whisk all of the dressing ingredients together in a bowl. In a big bowl add the shrimp, onion, capers, cilantro and mango.
2. Toss the dressing in with the shrimp.
3. Let it marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
4. Enjoy!
