Simple dinner that requires no cooking! But it requires4 hours to marinate.
1. Lay shrimp in a 9×11 glass baking dish, cover with citrus juice and allow to marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator. (The juice will “cook” the shrimp.)
2. After 3 hours, combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Refrigerate for 1 more hour.
Note: Serve over tostadas or chips! Great for picnics or as an appetizer.
