Crock pot to die for French Dip Sandwiches. So easy!
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours. At 8 hours, I shred the roast in the crock pot and then using hoagie rolls layer roast and provolone cheese. We toast the sandwiches open face. Be sure to dip in the au jus sauce. These are so easy and your family will love them!!!!!!!!!!

I used Sam Adams Boston Lager since I didn’t want to leave the house to get a bottle of Shiner Bock. Turned out great!
