The mother of all comfort food! Meat and potato lovers will swoon.
Prepare mashed potatoes, using either boxed or homemade.
Preheat oven to 325F.
Brown meat in skillet over medium-high heat. Chop onion and add to skillet. While meat and onions cook, chop celery and carrots. Once the meat is browned and onions softened, add veggies and gravy to skillet, stir to combine.
Pour meat mixture into ungreased 9 x 9 square baker. Spread mashed potatoes over top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for approximately 25 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and meat is bubbling.
