Description
Ground meat and potato casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef Or Venison
- ½ whole Onion, Diced
- ¼ teaspoons Garlic Chips
- 1 dash Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon Beef Base
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups Leftover Mashed Potatoes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Brown ground meat with onion. Add garlic chips, oregano, and beef base. Add soup and mix thoroughly.
Transfer mixture to a pie pan or 8×8 casserole dish. Spread potatoes over the mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
