Fast and simple sesame noodles that are peanut butter delicious!
Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a medium size pot. Cook the noodles according to package instructions for al dente. Drain well and set noodles aside.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, peanut butter, vinegar, sesame oil, olive oil, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
Place the noodles in a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the warm noodles and mix well. Mix in any or all optional add-ins (scallions, carrots, peanuts, crushed red pepper or other). Serve warm, room temperature or cold!
