A chick meal that even a man will love!
Put ginger, green onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, red wine, low sodium soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and dijon mustard into the food processor or you can mince them and add them to a bowl and whisk.
Pop the dressing into the fridge while you prepare the tuna portion of your meal.
Rub the tuna steaks with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Coat all sides of the tuna with sesame seeds or sesame seed blend.
Then, heat a skillet until very hot (I sprayed mine with a little cooking spray before) and cook for about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes per side. Then remove from heat.
Slice tuna into pieces.
Drop a handful of fresh arugula on a plate for the base of your dish. Drizzle with a little dressing.
Place tuna slices on top of the salad.
And drizzle with a little more dressing. Enjoy!
