Description

Quick pasta dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Sausage
  • 1 pound Asparagus
  • 1 box Penne Pasta
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • ½ cups Cheese, Cheddar Or Mozzarella
  • ½ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Preparation

Brown sausage in a frying pan.

While the sausage is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the pasta to the boiling water and set the timer for 8 minutes.

Rinse asparagus and cut off tough ends. Cut asparagus into 2 inch pieces.

When timer goes off, add asparagus to the boiling water and set timer for an additional 3 minutes. Drain the finished pasta and asparagus.

Add the cheeses, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to the browned sausage. Add the sour cream. Mix in the pasta and asparagus.
