Flavorful ranch burgers topped with a salsa yogurt sauce.
In a bowl, combine beef and ranch dressing mix. Form the mixture into 4 patties. Grill on a preheated medium high heat grill, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. When done, remove from grill and allow them to rest for a few minutes while you get the rest of the ingredients ready.
In a small bowl, combine yogurt and salsa.
Serve burgers on buns, topped with salsa and avocado slices. Enjoy!
