Scared of canned salmon? Don’t be, this is an affordable, easy, and delicious dish!
In a small bowl lightly beat the egg and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl put salmon, bread crumbs, capers, egg and salt and pepper. Stir to combine. This is easiest done with very clean hands. Form the mixture into 4 burgers.
Heat a saute pan to medium and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Cook burgers 4 minutes on each side.
Serve on a bun with your favorite condiments.
