Description

This revamped BLT sandwich has it all! Under 300 calories, and a healthy and rich taste with ingredients like sundried tomatoes, rosemary and feta cheese. Vegetarian options are given, too! One of the best sandwiches you will ever have!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Orowheat Multigrain Sandwich Thin
  • ½ Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 leaves Romaine Lettuce
  • 3 slices Turkey Or Smart Bacon
  • 1 Tablespoon Feta Cheese
  • 1 slice Tomato Or 4 Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • Fresh Or Dried Rosemary, To Taste

Preparation

On one Orowheat Sandwich thin, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of the bun. Top with romaine lettuce, bacon slices, feta cheese, fresh or sundried tomato and rosemary. Place the other half of the bun on top and enjoy!

Makes 1 sandwich.
