Comfort food done right. This lovely chicken dish will warm you up on a cool evening.
Spray your slow cooker with a non-stick spray for easy clean up later. Cube the cream cheese and butter into small pieces. Place all the chicken in the slow cooker, then add the soup, butter, dressing mix, and cream cheese. Set your slow cooker to low and cover. Cook for 4-6 hours for chicken breasts. Stir once or twice during the cooking time.
You can also use chicken tenders and they will take 3-4 hours.
Serve over white rice or egg noodles and your favorite veggies.
These leftovers are almost better than the original dish!

I’ve made this by sauteeing the chicken quite often but I’m definitely going to try it in the slow cooker! It’s one of my favourites!
I always add in some parsley and baby carrots as well! So delicious!

This was sooo good. I left it on for about 8 hours and it still turned out great. We served it over egg noodles and it was just prefect. Even for my picky fiance!

We LOVE this recipe and I make it at least once a month. The only thing I do differently is add about a cup of low sodium chicken broth. I also always use reduced fat cream cheese and reduced fat/low sodium cream of chicken soup.
It’s a great recipe!!
