A quick and delicious meal that brings another outlook on a classic.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
In a skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil or margarine, ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Watch it carefully and cook until the meat is browned. Drain grease if needed.
Then, check the pasta. If completed, drain the pasta and place into a lovely bowl. Add the ground beef/onion mixture into the bowl. After all is done, add ketchup. Toss really well, making sure that all of the pasta and meat are fully covered. Then, serve and enjoy!
The reason why I decided to call it ‘Relaxed Spaghetti’, is because it’s my loose translation of spaghetti and meatballs. Sometimes, I want that taste of spaghetti and meatballs, but I don’t want to do all of the work that dish usually takes. Especially if I’m exceptionally hungry, like I was today. So, this is my way of having a quick and delicious meal, that is a kind of spin on spaghetti and meatballs. I hope that you’ll enjoy it!
