A crunchy, tangy twist on chicken fingers. It doesn’t get any easier than this!
1. Pour ranch dressing into a shallow dish. (I like to use low-fat ranch to make it a bit healthier!)
2. Sprinkle panko bread crumbs onto a plate.
3. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Dip chicken tenders into the ranch dressing and then coat with the crumbs.
5. Cook chicken in oil for 4 to 7 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the tenders.
6. Remove from the pan when the outside is golden brown/black and the juice is no longer pink when the centers of the thickest pieces are cut.
