Easy and quick ground beef filling recipe for tacos. Serve with dairy-free cheese shreds and your favorite kind of taco shell.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute green chili and chopped garlic until fragrant. Add meat and spices then continue to cook until brown.
Add tomato paste and hot sauce, stir until mixed.
Add the rest of the vegetables cook for another 2 minutes or until softened. Take off heat.
Heat taco shells according to package instructions. Fill with meat and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
