This is a quick and easy spaghetti sauce. At times I will use a combination of Italian sausage and ground beef, but unfortunately my kids do not like sausage.
1. Brown ground beef, drain and set aside.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium sauce pan and heat to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for at least 30 minutes , or you may transfer the sauce to a crock pot and keep on low. The longer the sauce simmers, the better it tastes.

Thanks for this recipe! However, my family informed me after eating this that they will no longer eat the bottled kind of sauce

@coltandcorbin – Depending on my mood I adjust the quanties of the ingredients from time to time depending on what I am looking for as far as taste. Thanks for the kind words. Usually, I will mix all of the sauce ingredients and and once every thing is well blended I will toss in the beef.

Made it tonight and loved it! I will probably cut back the brown sugar next time I make it, however. One question, when do you add your beef to the sauce? I didn’t know if I should be simmering the beef and sauce together. Thanks!
