Salty prosciutto, fresh strawberries, and melted brie pressed between ciabatta bread.
Preheat a nonstick panini press. Meanwhile, layer the brie, strawberries, and prosciutto over the bottom half of each ciabatta roll. Place the top half of the roll on top. Grill the sandwiches for about 5 minutes, until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted. Transfer the sandwiches to a cutting board. Cut each sandwich in half and serve.
