Prosciutto Pasta in a Citrus Cream Sauce

Description
Dinner in under 20 minutes! This sauce is so easy and this recipe is just a few ingredients. The Trader Joe’s pre-made pasta even cooks up in about 5 minutes! Delicious fast dinner idea!
Ingredients
- 1 package (10 Oz. Size) Prosciutto Pasta (Trader Joe's Brand)
- ½ Lemon, Juiced
- 1 Tangerine, Juiced
- 1 cup Crème Fraîche
- ½ cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- ½ cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Boil the pasta according to directions on package.
Juice the citrus, warm in a saucepan, add the creme fraiche and the cheeses until melted.
Drain the pasta and add the sauce.
