Pot Roast
Description
This roast makes its own gravy. We like to put it on baked potatoes after the roast is out of the oven.
Ingredients
- 2 cans Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup (10.75 Oz. Cans)
- 1 package Dry Onion Soup Mix (1 Oz. Pckg)
- 1-¼ cup Water
- 5-½ pounds Pot Roast
Preparation
Mix first 3 ingredients together in slow cooker. Place pot roast on top of ingredients. Cook on high 3-4 hours, or low 8-9 hours. Serve on a platter with the soup mix over the top. Or use the sauce on potatoes as a gravy.
