Description

Easy, flavorful pork tenderloins that can be grilled or broiled. This only takes a few minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to cook. This is what we always serve to guests, and everyone loves it, kids included.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ pound Pork Tenderloins
  • 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
  • 1-½ teaspoon Minced Ginger Root
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoons Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced

Preparation

Mix last six ingredients together and place in large zipper bag or dish. Marinate tenderloins in this mixture for 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Broil for 30 minutes, 4 inches from coils, rotating 1/3 of the way every 10 minutes, OR grill for 30 minutes, turning 1/3 every 10 minutes. Center should be slightly pink when done.
