Description

A juicy pork tenderloin smothered in Dijon mustard then wrapped in bacon. Yes, bacon!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ pound Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper, Or To Taste
  • 4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard, Enough To Smother Entire Tenderloin
  • 4 slices Bacon, Diced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 F. Liberally season the pork tenderloin with black pepper. Smother with Dijon mustard. Wrap it with the slices of bacon. Put it into a roasting pan or on a rack that you’ve set inside of a baking dish.

Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes or until cooked to desired temperature.
