Simple yet flavorful. This colorful and healthy meal is a variation of the Chinese food I grew up eating.
1. Marinate the boneless pork chops in oyster sauce, garlic powder, and corn starch for 10 minutes.
2. While the meat is marinating, continue to prep by dicing the green pepper, red pepper, and onion.
3. Heat oil and saute shallot until tender. Add pork to brown.
4. Add the peppers and onions to stir fry until the onions are translucent.
5. Serve over rice.
