These are simple to make and full of flavour.
1. Brown both sides of pork chops in 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil on medium-high heat, about 2 minutes per side.
2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, steak spice, soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce and water.
3. Continue to cook on medium-high heat, turning pork chops as necessary, until the meat is cooked and the water is evaporated. Add more water as needed.
4. Swish the pork around in the frying pan and serve.

Delicious! It makes a very tasty sauce! When it was done it looked like I had gone through a lot of trouble to make this dish but all I did was brown the chops, add the ingredients and let it cook.

Very tasty! I used minced onions instead of onion powder – next time I’ll use the powder.

Made this recipe tonight. I’m a diabetic and it’s hard to find tasty new recipes that are suitable for my diet. Your recipe was spot on! I used liquid steak seasoning (Dale’s Sauce) and omitted to soy sauce because Dale’s Sauce is soy based. I also cooked the frozen spinach with the same seasonings. So good! Thanks for a wonderful variation on the “other white meat”!

I made this recipe lastnight and LOVED it! It was so easy, and full of flavor! I don’t even like pork chops that much but this recipe was awesome!
