This is a great fall or winter time dish that is to easy fix in a slow cooker and will become a family favorite!
Add the meat to the slow cooker. Add in the chopped onion and bell pepper. In a measuring cup, add the water, taco seasoning packet and vinegar; mix well. Pour the mixture over the meat and veggies. You can add some salt, pepper and garlic to taste if you like. You can add the cilantro in the beginning or the end, your choice.
Cook for 6 to 7 hours in the slow cooker, then shred meat in the cooker just before serving. Serve with warm tortillas and sides dishes of your choice.
