Description

Easy to make and really good.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Beef
  • 1 cup Cracker Crumbs
  • ½ cups Onion
  • 2 whole Eggs, Slightly Beaten
  • ½ cups Grated Parmesan
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 16 ounces, fluid Pizza Sauce, Divided
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Divided

Preparation

Brown hamburger. Make sure the crackers are crushed fine. Mix everything well, reserving half the pizza sauce and half the mozzarella. Place in two 5×9 sprayed pans. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Put on the remaining pizza sauce and then the remaining cheese. Return to the oven unil cheese melts.
