The traditional sandwich, pizza style!
1. Melt butter in a skillet and add onions. Cook for 15 minutes or so until onions begin to brown. Add peppers. Continue to cook till peppers are browned. Then add mushrooms. Remove from heat.
2. Drizzle olive oil on a baking stone or sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder. Spread out with a paper towel and then lay the pizza dough down.
3. Put provolone slices on top of the crust, followed by beef, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and pepperjack cheese.
4. Bake covered for 12-15 minutes at 475ºF.
