These are delicious! The second time I used some leftover sauteed mushrooms instead of the olives & it too was great! A great go-to quick meal!

I have been looking forward to harvesting tomatoes and basil (to make pesto) for this. I added some left over rotisserie chicken and grilled the sandwich on my very small George Foreman grill. Delicious!

I thought this was pretty good, but the flavors all seemed kind of muted to me. I think I would have liked it better if there was at least one stronger flavor in there.

We had this for lunch yesterday and man! It was good! We had to use jack cheese as our grocery store told us they don’t sell fontina (which is crazy, who doesn’t sell fontina?!) and we didn’t have time to go to another store. It was still wonderful and we can’t wait to try it with the actual fontina, too.

I made this for lunch today and it was so yummy! I didn’t have any pesto in the house so I substituted for basil leaves and garlic powder and it was darn tasty! Can’t wait to have it with actual pesto, bravo!

We always look forward to garden fresh tomatoes in the summer, but now I have one more reason to want our green tomatoes to hurry and ripen up!! This looks yummy! Will be trying this as soon as those tomatoes get ripe…..
