A mix of two favorites: the inside is a pepperoni pizza and the outside is chicken Parmesan.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In each breast, layer pepperoni and mozzarella and roll up, fasten with a toothpick.
In three separate bowls add the flour, lightly beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Dip the rolls in flour, then egg and finish with the breadcrumbs. Shake off the excess each time.
Place them in a single layer in a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray and spoon sauce on top of each chicken roll. Bake for 30 minutes. Remember to remove all the toothpicks before serving.
