Quick anytime meal for those seafood lovers! Great served over rice.
In a large skillet on medium heat add olive oil and brown sugar. Stir together, add diced peaches and stir well. Cook peaches for 6-8 minutes then add whole peppercorns, cumin, and shrimp. Stir ingredients together and cook an additional 4 minutes on medium high heat stirring frequently.
Plate the shrimp and peaches on a large platter and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Serve individually on a bed of rice! This is so delicious. Enjoy.
