I love ramen and I love peanut butter. Why not put them together as an easy late night snack. Can either be a snack, appetizer, or main course if you are in a hurry.
Boil water and add the ramen without the seasoning packet. Set a timer for 3 minutes.
In a bowl empty the seasoning packet and add the peanut butter and 1 tablespoon water. Microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir together until creamy.
When ramen is done, add the noodles to the peanut sauce. Do not add pasta water. Mix to combine. If it is on the thick side for you, add a little more water.
If you are looking for something spicier, use chili-lime ramen or just add a dash of chili powder or a drop of you favorite hot sauce.
