Ingredients
- 1 pound Boneless Pork, Or Pork Loin
- 1 package Taco Seasoning
- ¼ cups Peach Preserve
- 1 cup Picante Sauce. Mild Or Hot
Preparation
Cube pork. Pour taco seasoning into a gallon-sized Ziploc bag. Add pork and shake bag until pork is covered with seasoning.
Lightly cover bottom of a skillet with cooking oil of your preference. Add pork/seasoning mixture to skillet. Brown.
When pork is brown, add picante and preserves and simmer until the pork is pork tender.
Serve with white or Mexican rice.
