Quick and easy!
Mix together the bag of coleslaw and dressing and set aside. Cut the French bread loaf in half lengthwise. Spread both sides of the bread with mustard.
Layer in the following order: dill pickles, tomatoes, red onion, pastrami, Swiss cheese, cole slaw, and lettuce. Wrap with foil and refrigerate for at least an hour so the flavors meld together.
Enjoy not having to turn on the oven in the middle of summer!
