It’s getting to be that time of year again, when pumpkin flavor is appropriate for everything—even pasta.
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. While pasta is cooking, place cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter and milk in a large saucepan. Cook on medium-low heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Add pumpkin and spices. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
3. Add sauce to pasta and toss lightly. Serve topped with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
