I love Boursin cheese and was looking for a recipe to use the asparagus & mushrooms I had just bought. What a fit! This really was a meal you could throw together for a weeknight meal! I’m looking forward to trying it with different vegis substituted in or maybe over spaghetti squash! Definately give this a try!

I have to admit I wasn’t 100% on this recipe until I made it. My fiance isn’t in to saucy things, but I needed some carbs for my half-marathon training and I love boursin cheese on crackers. Plus, asparagus is in season right now. It was a huge hit! Just as good (if not better) than those saucy dishes at a restaurant, super simple to make and the perfect amount of sauce. It’s a grown up mac and cheese. Loved it!

Made this dish last night opting for the garlic and herb flavored boursin. Also added some chunks of chicken and it was delicious. I chose to thicken my sauce a little as mine was too runny for my taste..but 1 heaping tsp of flour did the trick.

I think you left out the pasta shells in the ingredient list. Might double check that….
