The potluck of pasta! Adjust to fit your taste … and what’s left in your fridge.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Chop ham into bite-size pieces. Put into a rectangle baking dish with mushrooms (drained), onion and macaroni.
Mix the milk and soups and pour the mixture over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Pull out, uncover, sprinkle with cheese and put back in the oven, uncovered, for another 10 minutes or so until cheese is golden brown.
This recipe is so versatile. You can use two cans of one kind of soup if that is all you have or if you have neither cream of mushroom or celery, how about cream of chicken? Extra broccoli or cauliflower from your garden harvest? Toss that in too!
