Description

Awesome easy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces, fluid Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Yellow Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
  • 1 dash Black Peppper
  • 2 cans Sweet Baby Peas, Undrained 15 Oz Cans
  • 1 pound Elbows Pasta (Use Your Favorite)
  • Parmesan Cheese For Garnish

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, saute onion, salt and black pepper in oil over low heat. Once onions are translucent, add peas. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.

While peas are cooking, boil water (I always add salt for flavor) for the pasta. When water boils, add pasta and cook according to box directions.

Once pasta is cooked, drain it and put it in a pasta bowl. Add the peas and onions. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.

Enjoy. It’s my kids’ favorite dinner.
