Description

This chicken is so flavorful and moist. We eat a lot of chicken and it is hard to get my husband thrilled with a chicken breast over a tri-tip or good burger, but this recipe is a family favorite. It isn’t that pretty as you actually grill the parsley, but it is worth it!

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Chicken Breast
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • ¼ cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ cups Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Marjoram
  • 1 Tablespoon Thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Oregano
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds (optional)

Preparation

1. Pound chicken breast to uniform thickness. Set aside.

2. Juice lemon and add juice to a Ziploc bag. Add remaining ingredients to bag and squish or stir to combine. Add chicken and marinate for about an hour.

3. Preheat grill. Once grill is hot, turn heat down and grill about 10 minutes on each side (or until done, depending on size of chicken). Try not to move chicken around once you place it on the grill.

4. Let chicken rest a few minutes before you serve. Enjoy!

Juicy taste and texture. (The lemon juice makes the difference.) I followed the recipe exactly, for a change, and it turned out just as I hoped. Don’t overcook it,
