Day 2 of my 365-day recipe challenge and I’ve chosen something quick and easy! Parmesan and garlic are the two magic ingredients in this easy dish that everyone will be sure to love!
Mix parmesan cheese and garlic in a bowl and coat shrimp.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Place each shrimp in the pan, being careful not to lay them too close together. Allow to cook 1-2 minutes or until browned and flip shrimp over.
Allow to cook another 1-2 minutess until brown and remove from heat. Garnish with fresh basil immediately.
